The Club is looking for a Senior Retail Marketing Executive who will be instrumental in developing the club’s omni-channel experience with a particular focus on online retail marketing channels including social media and e-mail marketing.
A big part of the role will be interrogating data to identify opportunities and finding ways to increase performance across all online channels, so you’ll need to be comfortable with crunching numbers. But above all, you need to be a creative marketer who can get into the skin of the Club’s loyal supporters, ensuring their customer journey is the best it can be. You’ll be a team player who can work with the wider marketing team (retail, eCommerce, social media, buying/merchandising) to strive for excellence across all marketing functions and to act as brand guardian to ensure a seamless journey for customers.

The job holder will report to the Manager, Health and Wellbeing within the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation (THF).
Contracted hours and salary:
1-year Fixed Term contract, 35 Hour per week contract. This may include Evening & Weekend work.
Salary - £28,000 per annum
The overarching aim of the project is to provide and promote wellbeing, supporting both individuals and business (including within the organisation) to deliver positive messages regarding mental health through workshops and activities.
The ‘I belong’ programme will support age group 16-30 years to manage their own wellbeing, enable people to develop coping skills to support themselves and build confidence in their own capacity to manage their lives.
The role of the Project Coordinator will work closely with local business and community organisations to promote the programme and raise awareness of mental health.
Within the role, the post holder will have regular contact with our partners, community organisations and participants attending the programme, ensuring the programme is embedded within the current Health & Wellbeing provision and promoted across all channels to reach the wider audience. Through the programme the post holder will build relationships within the community and ensure the sustainability of the programme.
It is very important that the post holder has good communication skills and can build rapport, motivate and gain individual's trust, maintaining professional relationships. Where appropriate the post holder will be expected to complete basic health and psychological assessments, along with agreeing SMART goals.
You will have good organisational and time management skills, and have a good knowledge of the local community.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with both partners and service users, working closely with community organisations and fellow team members at the Foundation.
